All items are handwash only.

How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order by us in the UK, items can take up to 10-15 working days to be made (working days does not include weekends/bank holidays) plus postage time (postage times are stated below).

Ready to ship items will be sent within 1-2 working days. If you order ready to ship item/s with made to order item/s, the ready to ship item/s won’t be sent until the whole order is made and ready to send.

If your order is needed sooner please contact us BEFORE buying at help@ajsstudiouk.com or message us on instragam: @ajsstudio_uk and we can advise you as to whether it is possible or not. Please do not order and then tell us you need it sooner, as it may not be possible, and in this case the cancellation/refund policy will be the same.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages; We post everything first class via Royal Mail and we send everything tracked and signed for; we can provide the tracking number if it is requested. Once your order has been shipped it is NOT our responsibility.

Standard postage to UK takes 1-3 working days and costs £4.50 *free over £80.00

Next day postage to UK arrives next working day.

Standard shipping to Ireland takes 3-5 working days and costs £9.00 *free over £150.00

Express shipping to Ireland takes 1-2 working days.

Standard shipping to US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand takes 1-2 weeks and costs £16.00 *free over £150.00

Express shipping to US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand takes 1-4 working days.

For all other countries, it can take between 1-3 weeks depending on where it is in the world; please contact us if you have any questions regarding these times. 

We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages; we send everything tracked and signed for and we can provide the tracking number if it is requested. Once your order has been shipped it is NOT our responsibility.

Returns/Cancellations


Unfortunately, as everything is made to order and is custom made for you, we are unable to offer refunds. We also do not cancel orders once they are placed unless they’re cancelled within the hour; because we order our fabrics based on the orders we have, so once this is on order, your order cannot be cancelled, as we cannot cancel orders with the fabric company once they’ve been printed/cut.

Please be aware that this includes any items made in any print/colour that you may have mistakenly picked. We make it very clear on our homepage how to order, as well as on the individual item descriptions; and we make it very clear that you need to pick which colour you would like from the drop down menu on the style of item you want to buy. All colours have their names next to them on our colour chart so we cannot be held responsible if you may have mistakenly picked the wrong colour name from the drop down menu.
